The room was clean & great staff. I did not have AC for the last 3 days but a screen and fan were installed so I found it comfortable enough. The Sunday night party was difficult for sleep as it was loud until 4:30 am.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm glad to say that it was just as good if not better than the last. Upon arrival the electricity was out but that is of no control of the hotel staff/management. Wyatt (I hope I have his name correct) from the front desk along with the security guy Omar were very helpful with getting me to my room and making sure I was situated because the sun was starting to set. During this stay,I was able to have breakfast and lunch at the restaurant which were both great. The staff in the restaurant and at the bar were wonderful as well. Anytime I have a short stay in Negril, I will continue to book this hotel.

The staff was great. The rooms were still under renovation after check in. There was no hot water for the first six day. Cold shower. No tv. No chair on the room to sit on. Need a refund.

Je ne suis pas facilement déçue et je laisse rarement mon avis mais je ne souhaiterai pas que d’autres voyageurs vivent la même déception. Je commence par le positif : le personnel était charmant, la propreté est correcte et les lits sont confortables et la climatisation fonctionne. Par contre, la piscine est absolument hors d’usage (l’eau est verte et croupie, sûrement une conséquence de l’ouragan il y a quelques mois), j’aurais aimé en être avertie avant mon séjour car sinon j’aurai choisi un autre hôtel. De manière générale, l’hôtel est en moins bon état que sur les photos. Je pense simplement que le prix est trop élevé pour l’expérience vécue. Malgré tout, l’hôtel a du potentiel et j’espère qu’ils pourront améliorer ces points pour leurs futures visiteurs.

The room was clean bed was made but the property needs work. I will not stay here again nor would I recommend going there. There’s no staff at the desk so you can’t complain. I’m lucky I got my keys because I didn’t check in on time. I found my 1 st room in bad condition. The door was kicked in and had a large chunk of wood missing. No wifi or TV , the drain in the shower was blocked. Not even a bar on the toilet paper holder. One outlet working. The owner was rude when we complained. It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. DONT STAY HERE.

Staff were very nice. Room is not soundproof at all could hear our neighbour's TV clearly and snoring! Issue with their water pressure and we fixed the chain in the toilet tank ourselves. Bad WIFI and bad TV connection. Sexy Sunday was ridiculous with pounding loud music and yelling until 4 am and when we commented were told that's how they like it so don't stay there. Issues with roof leaking when it rained. They are trying but it's a motel level experience and they still need to do more work. Could offer more in the breakfast offerings. Think we got food poisoning from the food at Tabernac on our last night and meal prices are high. No idea why the resorts in Negril all blast their music because we heard many comment. We heard Maxi Priest 2 km away perfectly from our room until 3 am.

when we arrive at the resort, there was no one, at the front desk to check us in. the place was locked, after 30 minutes of wondering around the resort, the housekeeping staff and security guard, let us into the room, and then we had to go back to the front desk later that evening to check in. the rooms were very clean, and staff were great. The restaurant, pool and Bar, not so great. the pool had a stage going across from a previous party from a couple of days ago. and had not been cleaned, we were there for 3 days and on the last battle stage was removed. the restaurant advertised jerk chicken poutine, but not available, you could order poutine and jerk chicken but the combo order wasn't available. the entertainment was good, but again, we book a place with a pool, whi h was not accessible while we were there. The Bar was loud, but manageable, other guests, said Sundays are really loud. can not confirm. overall very clean and good staff, but no one at front desk, and the restaurant and pool issues, are making us look else where.

Property is beautiful, not on beach but a short walk away. Many dining options within walking distance. Food on premises was very good. Staff were amazing, Marsha, Michael and Joe in the bar, kitchen and Jason at front desk were very helpful!

I booked a 5 night stay at Rum Runners and absolutely loved the property. Chin at the front desk made check in a breeze. Bed and linens were very comfortable!! The entire staff was so helpful and amazing! Michael at the bar was top notch, chef chin and chef taylor absolutely delicious local cooking! My favorites were the oxtail, curry goat and the curry chicken. Sammy in housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the room fresh. Omar is the security on the property and is top notch. The pool was very clean!! This is a real Jamaican Vibe!!
