Food options are very limited not like other Rixos hotels at all.
All inclusive is not available at the water park unless you walk to the beach bar which is a 10 minute walk which is very difficult in 45 degrees heat. No food options available at the beach bar. Only options available are water, fruit juice or ice cream (not even fizzy drinks, teas or coffees!!)
Water in showers takes 5 minutes to warm up and then finally when it does becomes burning hot!
Staffing levels very poor - takes approx 30 minutes to get drinks to table at breakfast, lunch or dinner! No buggy drivers available. Constantly ran out of food such as English breakfast tea at breakfast!!
Definitely would not recommend
