Booked two deluxe rooms, showed up and they told me I only booked 1 room. I showed them the Expedia stated clearly that I reserved and paid for two rooms. They said my family can sleep in two rooms but I have to call Expedia and resolve the problem. We when up to the two rooms it smell like sewer and the room look nothing like what was in the photos the deluxe room. We talked to the lady in charged but she said that’s what we booked. We did not want to argue and left the property and went somewhere else with the feeling of being tricked by using fake pictures of the room and tried to give us some dirty rooms. Truly unprofessional and very disappointed. I expect a full refund from Expedia.
