Unauthorized Charging & False Accusation - A Serious Warning to Future Guests!
I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration to warn potential guests about the unethical and unprofessional practices of this hotel. My recent stay concluded with a shocking violation of my consumer rights and complete disregard for basic hospitality standards.
On the day of checkout, the hotel charged my credit card WITHOUT my prior knowledge or consent, under the false pretext that I had damaged their television. Let me be very clear: I did not cause any damage to the TV, and the hotel has failed to provide any evidence to support their accusation.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter respectfully through communication with the management, they refused to reverse the charge and insisted on holding me responsible without proof. This is not just poor customer service—it is a serious case of unauthorized transaction and defamation.
Key issues that make this situation unacceptable:
1. Unauthorized deduction: They processed a payment without my approval, which is a breach of trust and possibly illegal.
2. Baseless accusation: I was falsely blamed for damaging property, with zero evidence provided.
3. No accountability: The management showed no willingness to investigate fairly or admit fault.
