Excellent for families!

I stayed at the Fenix hotel with my family. We have a great experience, the attention of the staff was excellent, the hotel was clean as well as our rooms. The breakfast was varied and the staff was attentive to stocking the food during it. Although the area is high traffic, the rooms we were assigned allowed us to rest without interruptions. I'll be back in the future!

We didn’t get the room we reserved, it was only one with that description I showed them the picture they said it was taken, the room was small. We didn’t get the drink we had in the reservation by Expedia. The food in the restaurant was terrible and expensive, the breakfast eggs uncooked and the bread old. The early check in was half of the booking price plus taxes. The front desk staff was not that great, however the housekeeper was nice

For those who need to go to the Coliseo, the hotel is very close, so it’s worth staying there for the convenience. But I didn’t like the breakfast — very few options and overall quite poor. Service varies. I was well attended by some staff members but very poorly received by others. The room has no windows and no air conditioning. Access involves stairs, and even though there is an elevator, you still always have to use stairs. I didn’t think it was terrible, but I was disappointed. I expected more.
