The facility needed more lighting, needed a place to put towels to dry, parking lot needed repaving but staff very courageous and helpful. Older facility and needs a little TLC. Pool area nice and right on the beach (not crowded). We really liked that.

Beach view was great. Hot tub and pool were a little green. We could not sit out on the balcony due to the weed smell and walking out the door you could smell it. People in the surrounding rooms were very loud. Environment was not acceptable. We will not be back and do not recommend this hotel.

It's surely bang for the bucks because of the excellent ocean view. That's the best. The room, restrooms are super clean and huge with beautiful decor. Even though the hotel from outside does not look good, the room and ocean view compensates (surpluses) the shortcoming. But the internet was awful, I had my own net which saved me.

The staff appeared untrained. It took me about 45 minutes to get into my room even though I was the only guest at the time. The woman working the front desk didn’t know how to make a room key, which was frustrating—especially since I had a short layover and was trying to get some rest. Nearly an hour of my four-hour stay was lost because of this. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and looked recently renovated. The views were great, and the location was very convenient to both the beach and the airport. The beds appeared to be site-fabricated but were usable. Overall, despite the check-in issues, it was worth the price.
