The manager, Mercy
Was very condecendig ,she came yelling at us as we atempted
to bring our children to the pool ,she was vey nelligerent in her actions i believe ,because we are african american, just as I retuned to the inn I was immediatly met in the hallway and asked to sign a pool agreement paper,this to me was very unprofessional then Mercy proceeded to come yelling right in front of some caucasian guests who were standing at the desk with about 12-15 children ,I was very embarrassed and felt my stay was ruined at this point ,I feel Mercy could have handled this in another manner , ,this is the reason im writing this reviewI frel something should be done about this ,furthermore shebeinf the manager should not ever be allowed to treat other guests of color in this way again,she lacked customer service skills frankly i was appalled,this could make me hesitant of staying at any Hampton inn and any products with the name , sincerely Deborah Greene
