Expect to be completely immersed in a super historical and somewhat hard to find location. Make sure you have the time to walk the city. You won’t be disappointed. Once you get the typical European details sorted out like luggage, parking and stairs, it’s a place you’ll really enjoy with great staff and excellent customer service. The staff and owners were all amazing and super helpful throughout our stay. Parking is a bit challenging in the town, but with the help of the hotel, you can go all the way in front of the hotel, unload your luggage and go park the car in a remote parking. We are looking forward to going back to the same property next year!

I loved! The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and everything is very clean. I highly recommend it, and if I go back to Volterra, I'll definitely stay here again. My only complaints are that there is no elevator and the public parking lot is a little far away.

The Moretti family welcomed us as if we were guests in their home. We loved the garden cafe, the views were lovely and the servers were very sweet. Definitely visit the artisans around town, they like to talk about their craft. This stop was the highlight of our 3 week trip to Italy.
