Disappointing service
First point of contact gives an immediate impression: Reception staff did not seem friendly or interested. Felt very much like we were just a transaction.
Even though room service was available and requested, it was disappointing to find it was not provided. Was told on arrival that we only had to request it. Stayed 4 nights and we were never given any room service although we asked for it. Had to keep asking for things eg bath mat to mop up wet floor.
Rather than feeling like a welcome guest, we were made to feel like we were a burden. Things were not followed through properly. Felt like we were lied to regarding car parking where we were asked to return the key cause” it was booked out” but on returning the key a car park was miraculously & instantly found for us. Car park area had a large water leak and was potentially a safety hazard. It wasn’t attended to during the 5 days we were there.
