Wonderful stay, was a hat in my room when I entered, put my hand in it and out came a rabbit, so you can say it was a magical place

Great hotel for solo traveller

Really nice hotel option for solo travelling. Staff were at the hotel when I arrived which helped navigate the virtual check-in. All in all great value.

Disappointed with the “Deluxe” Experience I booked the deluxe room with higher expectations, especially as a traveler from the U.S. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. The room lacked air conditioning, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable during a 90°F heat wave. The bed was very firm—almost like sleeping on the floor—and the bathroom was so compact it was difficult to move around. Overall, the accommodations fell short of what I would consider a deluxe stay. I would not return.

Budget price but couldn't have asked for a better nights stay, digital check in perfect and smooth and well communicated through App and WhatsApp, room spotless, lovely power shower, slept well, very impressed for the price in london 👍

Perfect for an overnight or travelling for work. I did have issues getting in to the building but was resolved in minutes which was helpful.

Convenient to transport

Good place to stay if you’ll be out exploring most of the day. Close to public transport and walkable. I do wish they had a sink to clean dishes for longer stays. Maybe wouldn’t stay in the summer as my room faced the road, got the sun all day and was very hot. Even at night with a fan and window open it didn’t cool comfortably. Plus you had to deal with street noise. They were responsive when I reached out but not much they could do other than provide the fan.

Very good

Well fiittted out room with several eco-features that were a bonus. Telephone staff were very good and helpful. Room a little small but that's central London. Only small issues was signs to room were a bit confusing and very noisy, repeated door slamming from 5am. Generally, high recommendation. Nb. Walking takes quite a while as between 2 areas.

Decent budget accommodation

It’s cheap and cheerful and that’s what you get. The bed was uncomfortable but the bed sheets and quilt were soft and comfortable. The entry system is okay but you need your phone connected to the WiFi to get in and out of your room. If you’re overly stout or tall I’d avoid these rooms as everything is a bit of a squeeze. But otherwise a decent stay, nothing amazing but nothing bad.

Room was very clean and decorated well. Bed was comfortable and really nice pillows. Although was on a busy street my room was lovely and quiet as faced the back with a view of a nice garden area. There was a handwritten welcome note and coffee which was a nice touch. Shower was nice with good shower pressure and lovely smelling shower gel. My only issue was that I did not enjoy the keyless entry to the room as it was via an app and always took several attempts to get into the room which was slightly annoying. Hotel short walk to the tube and easy to get to all the sights on London. I enjoyed my weekend there and would return again

Very near Shepherd’s Bush station and bus stops which is handy. Unfortunately it is quite loud (the whole night) being on the main road so bring ear plugs! They do provide foam ear plugs but they’re not particularly comfortable. I also unfortunately got locked out of my room and had to ring at 11pm to get access to the safe for an emergency key fob. So whilst the contactless doors are a good idea, they don’t always work. Both me and another guy were locked out of our rooms for a bit. Other than that, the room is well stocked and was clean.

I spend 60-70 nights a year in a hotel. I was interested in this new chain, Bob W, so gave it a go. The idea in principal is good - it’s all supposed to be automated, no reception, no keys, and an apart hotel so there’s a small kitchenette in each room. The reality is different - poor room naming on hotels.com, poor cleanliness, incredibly hot rooms, and a website as a key that doesn’t always load and you have to find the email every time you want to open the main door and your room. It gets worse, you need to use the website to get out of the building presenting to me a massive safety risk. I’m sure they auto open in event of first but still. It was so frustrating. Imagine you were trying to escape someone or something you gotta ask the person with the website address to open the door for you. Just no. The area is fine, Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are great, road is very noisy however. Garden is nice. Bed sheets and floors not so.

The support staff was quick to respond and very helpful. The room was clean, and we were lucky to have a quiet spot with a nice garden view. The comfy room was worth it, offering extra space. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are a few things to improve. The property didn’t warn us about the weekly fire drill on Tuesdays, nor about the fire alarms going off twice during our stay—once in the evening and again at night. There were no instructions on what to do in case of an emergency. The room had basic kitchenware, but no place to clean dishes other than the bathroom. There was a tea towel, but no dishwashing tools or space to store dirty dishes. Lastly, the bathroom was very small. While typical for London, better use of the space, like repositioning the door or adding a hook, would have made it more practical. It was a good, but not the very best and it could have been better.

Nice & Modern But An Absolute Nightmare

This hotel seems nice. I had a terrible time standing in the cold and rain trying to verify my identity on the app to gain access to the building. I ended up having to call for help and eventually approx. 30 minutes later I was able to get into the building. My room was very hot. Uncomfortably hot. My only option was to open a window in the middle of the night and hope that I dont get a cold. Even though the hotel is nice and seems to be modern and clean, my check in experience and my night of ruined sleep because of the heat mean that I won’t book here again unfortunately.
