A step above a clean budget hotel, maybe. The lobby seemed nice, but the room was poor and what I would expect from a much lower end motel. The sink sprayed all over you even when it was barely turned on. I believe more water sprayed out of the sink than in the sink. The showerhead needed replacing and the standard room amenities were lacking.
