Clean room, awesome staff. Parking lot and hotel under construction, which was nothing more than just an eyesore. The parking ramp attached was extremely easy to use. Overall, great stay. Would recommend.

Overall the hotel is fine but it does seem older and it’s beginning to show its age. There aren’t many amenities so it’s nice if you just need a place to stay. It’s also a super convenient location for visiting the downtown area.

Always stay at the Pearl when in La Crosse. Nick is awesome! Does everything and is always so polite and accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay in a few weeks.

This hotel is currently being renovated over to a large, franchise hotel chain... Too bad ~ I'm sure it will be overly priced with it's prime location :(

It was quiet and clean. Shower didn’t drain well, other than that it was good.

This hotel has THE LOCATION for events at La Crosse Center but not worth the price gauge on the weekends! Room was not upkept - peeling paint, mold in shower, burnt out lightbulb… free parking in parking garage Nextdoor. Stay here only for convenience.

Due to remodeling the score is not higher. Great location but parking and amenities were not the greatest

Used to be the Holiday Inn but now the Pearl Street Hotel. One of the best locations in the city. I used to always stay here all the time when it was the Holiday Inn, and this is the third time I've stayed under the new ownership. They've kept the place up well, don't charge crazy prices, and the staff is hardworking and friendly. Will keep coming back.

My husband and I always stay here when we need to spend the night in La Crosse. We like the ease of parking, check in, location and it just being a great place to stay!

The location is EXCELLENT!!! Beds were comfortable & would definitely stay again in hope I get get a spot for parking at the hotel. Parking was horrible as it is very limited so they do give you free parking in the parking ramp.

Clean, quiet hotel. Wish the pool and hot tub were still there. It was a quick 1 night stay- so it was fine.

Great location but was not informed before arrival of ongoing construction in the hotel and on site parking was blocked off. While we were given a code fir free parking next door in ramp, this caused frustration at check in with people getting stuck out front. Loose tiles on bathroom floor made for dangerous shower exit. Fridge in room didn't work. Told thos info to front desk, but they didnt seem to care.

The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The common areas of the property were worn and in some cases shabby. My guess is that the owners bought the property, put little money into it, and plan to sell the property as a tear-down. Signage from the Holiday Inn era is still up. Use less deodorizing cleaner. The location is valuable as it is across the street from a convention center. Also close to gorgeous riverfront.
