My husband and I had a great overnight stay at Hyatt House when we were in Leeds for a comedy gig. The hotel is ideally placed for the train station and a short walk to the shops, restaurants etc of Leeds. The room was lovely, comfortable bed (Pillows were too soft for me but that's personal taste), lovely bathroom and a little kitchen area with fridge, Toaster, microwave and coffee machine, ideal for those staying a few days on business etc. The Rooftop bar was stunning and the cocktails were delicious, not cheap but that was expected. Breakfast was good and included in our offer which was very welcome. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel is great - 2 minute walk from the train & bus station; close to good bars and restaurants - The Thai restaurant beside the hotel is excellent; Gino D'Acampo's restaurant nearby also really good, as was The Griffin bar. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop bar - indoors and outdoors. We stayed in a studio with kitchen and large sofa areas - so much space. The place was very clean although the rooms are not serviced daily - we were staying for 3 nights and had to request housekeeping on the 3rd day. The hotel is also very close to the main shopping areas and lovely canal walks. Great breakfast included, too. Would stay there again.

Surprisingly good. We booked a studio room - the kitchen was actually really good and had every thing you could imagine! Even kitchen roll. Comfy, clean and well equipped. Automatic light in the bathroom was a poor choice as it meant you either woke up your bedfellow with the light or with closing the door! But didn’t ruin our trip. Great staff and decent breakfast. Would stay again.
