My stay at the Sanctity Hotel Rancho Cucamonga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was a mix of positives and frustrations. The room itself was okay—nothing exceptional, but comfortable enough, with a helpful white noise feature and really nice lotions and body washes. What truly stood out was the help we received from Aracelis, who went above and beyond to get our room cooled to at least 68 degrees each night. That level of care made a huge difference and was genuinely appreciated.
The property’s location is very convenient—close to the highway—and the on-site laundry facilities are a great amenity. We didn’t get a chance to try Durango, but we heard wonderful things about it.
The major issue during our stay, however, was with package handling. A very important medical package for my son was refused by a team member because the name didn’t exactly match the reservation, even though it included two of our names. This refusal caused significant delays, and another package that was signed for on October 31st wasn’t given to me until Monday. These packages contained time-sensitive genetic samples related to my son’s diagnosis, so the situation caused tremendous stress.
I called back after discovering what happened, very upset. The front desk supervisor was kind and genuinely tried to help, but at that point there wasn’t much anyone could do—not even FedEx. I asked to speak with the GM but never received a call back. While I understand that package handling is considered an additional
