Die Junior Familien Suite unterscheidet sich nicht zum normalen Standard Zimmer. Außer das ein extra Bett reingestellt wird für das Kind. Schade. Die Empfangs Chefin bzw. Managerin ist nicht auf uns eingegangen wegen dem Thema. Ansonsten top Restaurants. Super Service. Das Hauptrestaurant hat uns nicht vom Essen her gefallen. Zimmer könnten wieder zeitgemäß gestaltet werden. Ansonsten tolle Anlage

Overall, the hotel itself offers a truly beautiful experience. The natural surroundings are stunning, the architecture is exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere. I would also especially like to mention the staff working at the restaurants and the beach — they were consistently wonderful, kind, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with Reception and Guest Relations was very different. Communication was consistently poor, and we often felt that the approach was not focused on understanding the guest or finding a helpful solution. For a hotel of this level, we expected a much warmer, more attentive and solution-oriented approach from the teams responsible for guest communication. This was really the only aspect that overshadowed what could otherwise have been an exceptional stay. It is a shame that such a beautiful property, with incredible surroundings, architecture, restaurants and culinary experiences, is not complemented by the same standard of hospitality and communication at Reception and Guest Relations. With a stronger and more guest-focused approach in these areas, the overall experience could truly match the exceptional quality of the hotel itself.

A estrutura é excelente, com espaços muito bem cuidados, decoração sofisticada e uma atmosfera que combina conforto, tranquilidade e exclusividade. Os restaurantes oferecem ótimas experiências, com pratos de qualidade e ambientes agradáveis, tornando cada refeição ainda mais especial. Gostaríamos de destacar principalmente a cordialidade e o profissionalismo dos funcionários. Durante nossa estadia, toda a equipe se mostrou atenciosa, gentil e empenhada em garantir que tivéssemos a melhor experiência possível. Qualquer situação que surgiu foi tratada com muita atenção, cuidado e generosidade, superando nossas expectativas e demonstrando o verdadeiro padrão de hospitalidade de um hotel cinco estrelas. Estávamos comemorando nosso aniversário de casamento, e o Daios Cove contribuiu para que essa viagem se tornasse ainda mais memorável. Saímos muito satisfeitos, com ótimas lembranças e com a sensação de termos sido genuinamente acolhidos. É um lugar que recomendamos para quem procura uma hospedagem sofisticada, uma localização paradisíaca, excelente gastronomia e um atendimento realmente especial em Creta.

First of all, let’s start with the real issues. The hotel is overcrowded at the beach, and the marketing for their Junior Suites is close to false advertising. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Sea View and Private Pool (“The Collection”) and had a building and a cactus directly in front of our room. The problem is not just the disappointment itself, but the fact that the promotion for the room does not reflect reality. When we raised the issue with the hotel staff, they showed us two alternative rooms — one smaller and clearly downgraded from the original, and one presented as an upgrade, which was just as poorly located as the room we already had. Yes, the food and overall service are decent — but this is not a five-star hotel when measured against the standard the price and marketing suggest. We stayed two out of six nights, attempted to settle with the manager for a refund, and were rudely declined. We left the hotel and continued our vacation elsewhere.
