We have traveled Vietnam extensively the last few months. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The amenities were fantastic, the food was great (loved the breakfast buffet) and the crème de la crème was the customer service. Everyone knew us and were helpful beyond good customer service. We utilized the laundry services, the turn around time and prices were great- the sense of urgency (unprompted) was especially appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Room and service. We were treated better than the emperors. Breakfast was wonderful, the shower is so relaxing and the bed really comfortable. We were only there for a night but it was worth to catch up on some sleep. The only thing for us was that the gym was a bit outdated but it’s not the end of the world to us. Indochine Palace was excellent. We stayed for 5 nights. The building and room was beautiful. The breakfast buffet had many options. There are a lot of light switches in the room and the bathroom was a little odd in that it was dark in there with a small mirror by the bathroom sinks. Also, there was no vent in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower with the rain fall shower head was divine. The bathtub was excellent. We utilized the laundry service a few times, and we received 20% given our extended stay which was nice. Our laundry was picked up in the morning and returned by the afternoon. You get 2 complimentary water bottles per day.
