⭐ 1 Star – Would NOT Recommend
We had a reservation for January 4–6, 2026. Upon arrival, the property was clearly neglected—unkept grounds, a truck on jacks filled with junk, and the lobby being used as a storage area with old furniture. The restroom was filthy.
The first room we were shown looked slept in, with a sheet thrown over the couch. When my father raised concerns, the staff response was dismissive. We were then told our room wouldn’t be ready until 7 PM despite a 3 PM check-in time.
At 4:30 PM, the hotel called to say they could not accommodate us at all and instructed us to contact the third-party booking site for a refund. While Expedia initiated a refund, Hotels.com was given the runaround by the hotel.
Do not be fooled by the low price—there are far better and cleaner accommodations elsewhere.
