This is truly the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a negative review, but my experience at this hotel was awful from the moment I checked in.
I was initially given Room 218, and when I opened the door, I was shocked — it looked like someone was still staying there. The bed was unmade, and a towel was thrown over the bathroom door. It was unsettling, and to make things worse, my key card didn’t work properly.
Thankfully, the receptionist was very kind and reassigned me to Room 104. Unfortunately, this room was even worse. I walked into a scene that horrified me — the bed was a mess again, there was a moth flying around, and to top it off, there were pubic hairs scattered near and on the bed, as if someone had shaved there. It was absolutely disgusting.
At this point, I was exhausted, it was late, and I had already paid — so I accepted a third room. This final room was cleaner but very small and had a dark, musty smell of mold that made the whole night uncomfortable.
Despite all this, I do want to highlight the kind and helpful staff — they remained polite and tried to assist as best as they could. Also, the breakfast was decent — I’d rate it a 6.5 out of 10.
Overall, though, I left feeling deeply disappointed and disgusted. This experience does not reflect the standards one expects when paying for accommodation, and I would not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.
