Trash dumped in the parking lot. Dirty rooms with broken furniture and exposed wiring. Doors didn’t lock properly. It smelled like mold.

It was not cleaned or maintained properly. The bedding was Dirty/Stained. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. After 3 rooms we had to leave. The last one had black stained ceilings and spider webs throughout it. I tried to request a refund but they refused it. Terrible experience, terrible environment and terrible customer service. I understand the renovating process but the rooms you rent out need to be cleaned.

We stod out in the pouring rain at 9:00 pm waiting for someone to check us in but after awhile we just left as no one came. We had to find a room elsewhere.

No worries can explain to horrifying feeling of being at this hotel. The staff are not friendly. The room that I received was infested with bedbugs and roaches the sheets were already stained from a previous occupant, I went to the front desk to complain about my room, and I was told that all of their rooms are the same, which means all of their rooms have roaches and bedbugs and is not up-to-date. I do not recommend this hotel and I honestly don’t know why it’s on hotels.com as a hotel to choose from. hotels.com really need to look more into this hotel and removing from their website this hotel is not accommodating for any travelers. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are used to stay in a road trip fest bedbug hotel this hotel is also in an unsafe area. You cannot walk around at night by yourself unless you want to be harassed by others again I do not recommend this hotel for travelers. Beware of this hotel.

This place looked VACANT! The TV and fridge didn't work. We stayed 4 nights and NEVER saw housekeeping. I would have gladly went to another place but they don't offer refunds.

We saw enough signs to get out of this place... Multiple room keys didn't work - at all. While we waited, the hallway outside of our room was not air-conditioned and had several holes in walls and ceiling. Property smelled bad, too. There is a sign at the front desk that says "No Refunds," so, after about 30 minutes of waiting for a working room key, we decided to just bite the bullet and walk away. With a property in that condition, we didn't want to find out what other frustrations were waiting for us on the other side of the door. Huge disappointment and a complete waste of money.

The room had a bad smell, the bathroom light didn’t work, there was ceiling pieces falling on the ground, and the lamps were placed all over and looked trashy. Definitely would have gotten my money back if I could have.

Didn't stay checked in and checked out within 20 minutes. The rooms were filthy!!! When I arrived I went to room 106 the room had a smell and the sheets were badly stained. I went to request clean sheets the attendant moved me to room 165 when entering the room there was dead bugs on the bed and some live ones on the floor. Paint chips had fallen on the table that was blocking the door.

I checked in and went to my room which had an adjoining door to the next room over and it would not lock and or shut on my side and that made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling solo. I went back to the desk and asked for a different room and explained the situation and they gave me another room where the toilet and ac didn’t work. So I left and didn’t even stay the night. There was a sign at the front desk that said “no refunds” so I didn’t bother asking and Expedia was no help trying to get a refund for a property in such bad condition that I didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying there.
