Rooms had some signs of wear and tear, but were kept clean and tidy. Daily inquiries if I wanted my rooom clleaned. As the hotel lies along a quite busy street AND traffic in Egypt is VERY noisy, some noise in the rooms facing the street is unavoidable (I was prepared with ear-plugs, and that worked fine with me). I must commend the friendly an service-minded staff. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I will also reccomend the trips arranged by the hotel. I had a very knowledgable and nice guide ("Hime") and competent driver(s). They made me feel as safe one can be in the traffic maelstrom of Cairo(!) I had a great stay and can reccomend the hotel to anyone looking fra a nice and safe base for adventures in the Cairo /Giza area.

The roof top views were wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and tentative and the beds were comfortable. It was fun to watch the traffic below, camels and horses going by. Bring earplugs.

The staff here was wonderful. For a less expensive option, good choice. The rooms are not as up to date as if you spend more elsewhere, but the location is easy and the roof top view is very good. Good choice if you want to spend less.

We’ve made a mistake booking this hotel, but the hotel stuff is friendly and they do their best with what they have. We found a very cheap rate and we didn’t make much research we just saw there was a great view of the pyramids and thought it’s convenient location. But as an Expedía customer much disappointed.

Wonderful staff - very friendly and accommodating. They arranged the airport shuttle, answered our questions, and made sure we were happy. We received a pleasant welcome drink upon arrival and were given a free dinner our first night that was good and filling. The included breakfasts were great, and had more food than we could eat - bread, egg, cheese, meat, falafel, yogurt, vegetables, coffee and juice. The room, while small, had great A/C, good WiFi, and a comfortable bed. The hotel is very close to the Sphinx gate of the pyramids and has a great view from the roof.

Het was een super gezellige familie hotel. Basant was een zeer vriendelijke receptioniste , ze was zeer behulpzaam en altijd met een glimlach. Zaid was ook een super lieve jongen die ons hiel met alles. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Een aanraden!

They don’t have fee airport shuttle. It costs $30. I booked this placed based on its free airport shuttle. It’s by a very noisy street. You need earplugs. View from roof is good, but we were the only ones staying and it felt weird eating there all alone with a guy staring at us.

We had an amazing three-day stay at Taj Pyramids View Inn with our two kids! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the Pyramids right from the rooftop. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. From arranging transport to making sure we had everything we needed, they made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Giza!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and property is as described. In addition, they were VERY accommodating to help us check in early and late. They did everything possible to make our stay as easy as possible, and not asking for anything in return. We really appreciate their efforts!

Cute hotel with nice staff

Amazing views from the rooftop and very filling breakfast. A very good deal for the price. A little far away from the action (not really walking distance to anywhere) but Uber or taxis are cheap. Doesnt have elevator but they carry your luggages up and down the stairs. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from the rooftop at breakfast or sunset are mesmerizing. Will definitely stay again if i have the chance to come to Cairo again.
