We had and excellent experience… felt almost like being at home. Andrea is and outstanding host in every aspect. Very nice, modern and tastefully renovated facilities. I share the other' customers opinion of 5 stars for this little stucture The scenographic room was confortable and silent despite being in a certral busy street Downtown was easily reachable in a 5-10 minutes walk. Struttura nuova, comoda per l'utilizzo dei trasporti pubblici, comunque vicinissima alle zone più centrali di Bolzano, raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Andrea, il gestore, è un ragazzo gentile e sta portando avanti egregiamente questa attività. La struttura è self-service attraverso PIN, le camere sono nuove, ben tenute, e con le ultime tecnologie disponibili. Graditissimo anche lo spazio comune che permette di gestire in autonomia, e in qualsiasi orario, ogni bisogno legato a spuntini, semplici colazioni e bevande. E' certamente un luogo in cui vale la pena tornare in caso di nuovi soggiorni a Bolzano.
