The staff were friendly, there was good amenities. One of the outdoor pools was heated which was needed in February. The drink and food selection was average. The lunch buffet by the pool was a poor. They made a massive effort for valentine's day by putting on special cocktails, offing out single red roses, and had the dinner table set up with candles and rose petals.

Every member of staff from beginning to end were friendly and kind and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere and super attentive and accommodating. Lots of people visiting to go play golf or surf. Small outdoor children’s pool was lovely and warm, other outdoor pools were much cooler (one adult heated but still fairly cool) but very deep. Bring inflatables if not confident with swimming! Caught some wonderful weather with highs of 31 degrees. Food great and brilliant entertainment. Only one thing, the children disco could be a bit more engaging with lights etc but again kind staff making the effort made it special enough. Thanks all!

I'm sorry to give a negative comment but several things didn't go well: the check-inn was completely overloaded with around 40 clients waiting. Although, this hotel is all inclusive there was no drink, not even water in the refrigerator and the machine at the floor wasn't working! When we called the reception to give us something to drink they told us, that they couldn't. The rooms are great but the problem is situated in the management of this place.

The hotel itself is really nice and well kept, close to the beach and private access. The sunset views are amazing from the hotel and beach. It was also really nice to have a view of the Kasbah Oufella from the beach side, perfect for an evening stroll. The staff were helpful and kind and we appreciated the security at the hotel which made us feel extra safe. The spa was very nice! Had a really nice a relaxing massage and would recommend getting a treatment from the spa. However, I would not recommend booking an all-inclusive or eat at any of the restaurants the hotel offers - you are better off eating outside! I got terrible food poisoning from the Moroccan restaurant on site and my friends also ended up getting food poisoning from the main hotel restaurant. This meant we lost a day in our activities that we paid for. We also found it strange that you have to pay daily to use the safe in the rooms. Other than that we did have a nice stay.
