Well, it sure is an adventure.
The least amenities of any budget hotel I've ever visited, this was somethin'. Weird grime on the inside of the room door and on the bathroom walls, neither a phone nor washcloth, nor hairdryer so I had to walk to the office each time I discovered something amiss--I stopped going eventually. There was clearly an edging glued to the desk; it was on the floor and the stickiness is all over the desk. Gross. Finally, the black stains on the white bath mat made me question their cleaning but the towel I used for bathing smelled nice so who knows. Stains and holes on the bedding too.
They also charged a credit card fee after promising a set price here on hotels.com; I wonder if I had refused if they would have charged me for the room according to the cancellation policy? If only there was a way to contact hotels.com to ask.
It is very close to the road, which is traveled but tractor trailers; their downshifting woke me in the night as did the very noisy squeal of the ancient air conditioning system (the buttons were not present so that was an adventure).
