6/10 Buena

The property was under construction. The rooms in the first three floors were horrible in every aspect. The bed mattress and pillows felt like sleeping on rocks, the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty, the rooms smelled like cigarettes. Day and night the hotel was very noisy due to constructions upstairs, and its closeness to main Streets. The hotel guests were allowed to party and be loud all night, until 3:00 a.m. There was no breakfast at this hotel, as was advertised when I booked it. The kitchen was closed the entire time. The bathrooms were moldy with water leeks and dripping faucet. The staff was very deceiving and manipulative trying to make me stay at the hotel. After I made many complaints, I decided to leave to another hotel near by, they offered to move me into one of their brand new rooms upstairs, on the sixth floor, I agreed and moved my stuff into this brand new room upstairs, thinking finally I could sleep better. It turns out that this newly renovated room was not ready to be used. The electronic door lock was installed, but it was not activated yet, and the manual door did not work. They ultimately had to remove the electronic door lock and use only the manual door keys instead. To top it all, the new furniture was late arriving, so they moved the old beds and furniture upstairs into the new rooms on the sixth floor, As a result, I stayed at my family’s house for six night out of the ten I had paid this hotel. I demand a full refund immediately.

NOT VERY NICE

IT IS AN OLD BUILDING WITH NO BIG MAINTENANCE. THE ROOMS ARE FURNISHED IN A NOT VERY PRETTY WAY, BUT THE BATHROOMS ARE AWFUL: OLD, RUSTY AND A BIT CREEPY. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. IT IS NOT A PLACE TO STAY FOR BUSINESS OR WITH FAMILY, THE ATMOSPHERE IS NOT VERY BAD FOR SOLO TRAVELERS, IT OFFERS THE CHANCE TO MEET MORE PEOPLE. NO INTERNET IN THE ROOMS. THE BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS THE SAME. NOTE: THERE IS A MOSQUE VERY CLOSE, SO THE CALLS TO PRAY WILL AFFECT YOUR SLEEP IF NOT MUSLIM!R

BIEN UBICADO PERO POR EL PRECIO HAY MEJOR OPCION

EL HOTEL ESTA MUY CERCA DEL TEATRO ROMANO, LA CIUDADELA Y LA MEZQUITA. EL PERSONAL NOS APOYO Y EL DESAYUNO ESTA ACORDE AL PRECIO Y CON UNA EXCELENTE VISTA DE LA CIUDAD. EL HOTEL ESTA EN MALAS CONDICIONES FISICAS Y POR EL PRECIO RECOMIENDO MEJOR IRSE AL PASHA HOTEL A POCAS CUADRAS DE AHI, CUESTA LO MISMO Y PARA ESTAR DE PASO ES BUENA OPCION.

In the very center of the city center. Clean room, kind staff. We just saw one bedbug in the bed so we left one night earlier. Maybe it came from the outside, we don't know.

Super plassering sentralt Amman

Takk for hyggelige dager på Arab Tower. Hyggelig betjening, i både resepsjon og takserveringen der me hadde utsikt til Amfiteateret og deler av byen. Enkelt bad/dusj, men gjorde nytten.

OK hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel condition particularly bath room was bad.

4/10 Regular
