Never Again
Never again, from the payment fiasco where they already have your card and they send an email for you to pay on the day of travel or when travelling 2 days before travel and then a text saying you haven't paid, when you are flying you don't get these notifications or when driving long distances.
The body wash that was empty before the first shower leaving questions on the cleaning professionalism.
Then the super key app failed, anyone over 60 not familiar with computer would be in trouble.
The garage door that never closed and the controller in such a stupid position that someone cleaned it up with their car.
Then my car was broken into on the last night, I have asked for a credit on parking so we will see what happens here.
I travel a lot and didn't follow my golden rule, never stay somewhere that there isn't a front desk.
The place was very nice but poorly managed, too many things went wrong and I will never again stay there or without somewhere with a front desk.
