Upon arrival, the reception desk lacked attentiveness toward guests. There was no prior notice or explanation regarding hotel parking fees, which was disappointing. The reception desk should have a minimum of two staff members available—one to assist walk-in guests and another to support guests who already have reservations.
Several kitchen requests were ignored, and I had to remind staff multiple times to place a new request. Room cleaning service was consistently delayed. Having a laundry room and an ice room would be greatly appreciated.
The bartender did not appear very knowledgeable in cocktail preparation. Additionally, the restaurant’s breakfast schedule should be extended until 12:00 PM. Charging an additional 22% for ordering breakfast to the room feels unreasonable, especially when the restaurant is part of the hotel. This does not reflect good customer treatment.
Room walls should have better acoustic treatment, as high-pitched voices and pets barking could be clearly heard.
On a positive note, the room interiors are very attractive, and the shower water pressure was excellent.
Overall, I am unsure whether I would return. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the overall customer experience.
