The property was nice but I had to contact hotels.com to be able to reach the owners to get the access code to enter because the contact information wasn’t up to date. Other than that it was a nice stay Check steviebel explores white mountain cottages on YouTube to see what it looks like

Cabin was older but clean and so convenient to park right next to the cottage when you have a lot of luggage. Bathroom is tiny. Perfect location after a long day of leaf peeping. I would advise contacting property manager in advance and providing your email and phone number because when they messaged us thru hotels. Com with an email address to send information so they could give us the door codes, that email address was apparently blocked and we had to call the property directly to get it straightened out . But once we got the door code it was very easy to get in the cottage.

Got a message from the property through hotels.com that I needed to submit a copy of my ID but it didn't tell me where to send it. I called the property & they told me where to send it but they still never sent the cabin number or lock code. I had to call again when we got there to get it. The cabin itself was quaint but we couldn't get the heat to come on. There was a space heater that worked ok when we plugged it in but we didn't feel comfortable having that run all night so it was pretty chilly when we got up in the morning.

The main are of the cottage was nice, plenty of room to move around while having a king sized bed in the middle. Bathroom was a bit rough with age but overall functional. Pool area looked clean and nice; only stayed for a night and didn’t get to enjoy it. Check-in was a little at first confusing, if you used Expedia or other 3rd party sites, but calling them directly made everything easier to get number and code for the cottage. The cottages were centrally located to all the nice shops and restaurants, so overall it was a nice experience and stay.

Super cute cabin! Not the cabin that was in the picture though. Check in was easy! Key pad worked just fine. Unfortunately there was a missing blind on the front door in front of the bed- so you could see right through- maybe contact paper would be useful for privacy? Also the cabinet door to the fridge was broken and while sitting on the toilet you look straight at a patch of concrete floor with multiple mouse traps and spider webs? One of the outlets was covered by a mirror and the other was almost completely falling out of the wall. WiFi worked, it wasn’t the wifi and password that was sent to me though. I had to guess. I think a few minor details to fix but easy place to stay if you’re not picky!

One of the most disgusting dirty places ever. If you don’t care about a bathroom full of spiders, mystery stains on every inch of the couch and a shower out of a horror movie then you’ll probably be fine. This place has never seen a deep clean in its life. I literally still have nightmares about the amount of grime and stains in that place. I couldn’t even use the shower because there were so many spiders; not that I would have even wanted to the grime, stains and all around bio hazard of that bathroom was enough to keep me away. The mystery stains in the couch should be collected for testing. Really just everywhere you look is covered in dirt and grime and grease splatter and I mean every nasty thing you can think of that somebody hasn’t cleaned in 20 years. . The sheets seemed clean and the tv worked. For the price of these cabins per night I expected way more. I’m fine with rustic, but it’s just the disgustingness of a place that’s never been moderately cleaned let alone deep cleaned. I would never go back. I still literally have image nightmares of the stains from that place.

Great location. Easy check in. Peak time reservation so naturally pricing was not cheap which I get. Decent exteriors. Pretty nice property with decent space and pretty safe playing area. Cabin #6 was not it. For me alone or for my young child and wife that tagged along with me. Moldy window ac. Moldy mildew stench in the place. Overall dirty. Outdated everything. Needs a lot of work inside. Half asssdd “finishes” throughout the interior. Missing window pane in bathroom (I’m assuming they took it out to make sure it had enough ventilation due to mold problems before?). Rusty dusty and musty. 👍 nice smart door knob on the exterior.

It took like 20 mins just to get my access code for our cottage, the lady was rude. The cottage was absolutely disgusting. Smelt like mold. The “screened in porch” had broken plexiglass nailed up and was hot you couldn’t use it. The pictures they show are nothing like what it really looks like.
