It was a great choice in hotel, price was reasonable, staff was friendly enough. No issues, although it was pretty noisy at times but nothing a good pair of ear plugs couldn't fix. Real close to the J line, would choose to stay here again if I visit NY again

2 star experience
Before checking in to be hotel, I received several calls telling me to pay my payment over the phone or my reservation would be canceled. I explained my reservation was to pay at the location site. After check in, I discovered the room did not have little towels to take a shower. I walked downstairs to obtain the missing towels. The towels arrived 20 minutes after check in. The room is not design as the pictures state. The room size is very small with little walking space. The walls are very thin (you can hear the neighbors conversation). For the comfort level, 1 star due to the bedsheets being ripped and Insects (roaches) were discovered and killed in the room. The convenincy was a 4 star. The hotel is located by a train station and nice convenient stores. Overall, the hotel is a 2 star hotel. The cost per night should have been less.

Un hotel que aún huele a nuevo!
Todo excelente, el hotel es nuevo, tiene todo lo necesario, la cama es muy confortable, está muy bien aislado el ruido, se puede llegar a oír el metro pero nada fuerte y ya uno dormido no se escucha para nada nunca te va a a despertar o algo así, el check-in y check-out muy rápidos como pocos, está en nosotros cuidarlo para que pueda seguir así en esas excelentes condiciones sino después ni como quejarse
