The communication with the booker was fast and easy once I could actually get a hold of them. The email option provided no response and a few chat apps didnt have the number registered.
Once I was able to find the room to check in everything was fine and easy. The room was spacious and modern. The water pressure was strong and it was comfortable for a short stay.
All necessities were provided so that was also very convenient. Overall the host provided a good place to stay and I am satisfied.
I would like to note that the building itself is very busy with a lot of foot traffic. It’s a high rise with lots of families, kids, and businesses. Late night did not cause any problems regarding noise but during the day it is important to note that there are schools right next to the building so it is noisy and a lot of traffic.
For those visiting vietnam for the first time, do not get a traveler sim card with no vietnam number. All of the apps that are used require you to verify with a vietnam number.
Also to note, this property does require a security deposit in vnd currency that is refundable upon check out but it is very difficult to transfer the deposit if you do not have a vietnam bank or use alipay. Thank you for the host for understanding during my personal stay that there wasnt a way for me to transfer the deposit and was very flexible with me. I am giving the host herself 5 stars and her booker.
