Close to the shopping area and did not require driving to the ample restaurants.

Clean room, Shopping nearby, everything you need is there in walking or driving distance you can't ask better than that 😉 😏 😜 I ❤️ it.

8/10 Muy buena

The room was tiny for the 3 of us. I had a slightly warm shower as did my son but it was cold when my husband had one which was disappointing after a long day. The decor is tired and the place looks a bit sad, The location was excellent as was the service from the staff, our room was upstairs and he left the reception to walk up to our room which was lovely. I also asked if there was a Chinese restaurant in the area and by the time we walked up to the room and down to the car the other gent had found a chinese restaurant very close with great rating. I really cant fault the service!!

静かな環境のホテルで、フロントの女性が明るく、気さくで急な依頼にも丁寧に対応していただきました。近くに大型スーパーもあり、便利でした。

Nice place to stay on a budget. Clean, tidy, nice bed, quiet, close to the shops. Bathroom needs updating, water pressure in the shower too low.

Nice place to stay in Rotorua

I stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be very clean and tidy. Room was a good size and had a comfortable bed and arm chair. I appreciated the heater to keep the room warm on the cold winter nights. Very close to the town with a shopping centre close by. I would happily stay here again.

The room was tidy and clean enough. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A toaster would have been great as well as bigger pillows on the beds. The sofa bed wasn't the best, even for a child.

Lovely Unit. Comfortable bed and fresh towel, close to CBD and not far away from most attractions, staff is lovely , highly recommend.

4/10 Regular

Location was good. But the room felt kind of dingy. Was put in a room with a roof leak and they were aware of it. Due to the leak the mirror glued to the wall fell off and smashed…. My son was terrified and cried. Moved us to a different room, which was a little better but was still disappointed with the experience.

The motel was functional and clean. A good deal for $135 p/n. The woman (Diana) who was running the place was very nice , helpful and efficient.

First of all communication was great and staff went out of their way to help. The unit was very clean and well presented. However it is bit dated and I found it a bit too small in the bathroom, toilet for someone of my height and build. The area was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Overall a good place to stay and I would use again.
