Just wonderful The staff and in fact even outside of the resort the residents of Bali are the most wonderful friendly people. Absolutely no negatives. Must eat in The New Meads. The Resort was great! Food and service was fantastic with some great options at Breakfast.. Just be informed that one of the wings is under construction and they work all day and most of the night.. Staff were great offering us a different room but we didn’t mind it during the day not a big deal as we were in the pool but it was just a little annoying when they work till late at night, the works are going on till March.

Kids loved both pool areas, kids club playground and in particular the oversize sea themed plush toys :D We had a ground floor room that was easily accessible from the pool yet still private. Breakfast had a good selection.

Nice hotel, just not a lot to do outside of hotel if your not into water sports. A quiet area if you just want to relax.
