O hotel é um prédio maravilhoso, com peças e quartos amplos, piscina grande, pé na areia. Construção antiga, cômoda e bonita que não se faz mais. O café da manhã é excelente, com boa variedade. Infelizmente a gestão do hotel deixa a desejar e o que poderia ser uma estadia cinco estrelas deixa muito a desejar. Dois problemas bem de gerência mesmo: a porta que dá acesso à praia só é aberta das 8h às 17h (quando no NE o sol já está radiante desde às 5h); o restaurante do hotel é terceirizado, então atende em um horário limitado e deve-se pagar na hora. Queria comprar algo às 21h e já não era possível. Além disso, no frigobar não tem nada, imagino que para ter menos funcionários e não precisar checar os quartos no checkout. No meu quarto, o controle das luzes ao lado da cama não funcionavam (é antigo, não sei se tem manutenção); a descarga estava quebrada (precisei arrumar manualmente toda vez que usava) e havia sinal de mofo no banheiro. Também ouvia a TV do quarto ao lado pela parede. A verdade é que não reclamei dessas coisas pois fiquei só uma noite. Se a estada fosse maior, talvez esses problemas incomodassem mais. Para usar o sofre há uma taxa extra.

O quarto estava com as roupas de cama sujas, pedimos ao funcionário um novo cobertor o mesmo reportou que não tinha disponível. O banheiro estava terrivelmente sujo, o quarto tinha mofo em diversos pontos, as paredes estavam sujas. O hotel tem cara de abandonado ou que vai quebrar a qualquer momento. O frigobar não tinha nenhum item, tinha que ir até a recepção todos os dias buscar água pois não era reposto. O café da manhã estava Ok, não tinha nada fora do comum sendo oferecido. A piscina estava Ok e limpa, a academia é pequena e abandonada e não tem um banheiro próximo dela. A localização do hotel é boa, a estrutura/serviços poderiam ser muito melhores.
