Positives: It was new, cheap & a 5-10 min walk to white beach. Free parking. Good aircon. Lots of hanging space for wet clothes. Foot wash to get sand off at entrance to the property. 4" foam bed, fine for the price (~p1kphp)
Negitives: Room felt unfinished. Could use a TV. No wifi, (but decent smart Sim singal). Toilet was missing it's guts (didn't flush itself, had to use a bucket) & sink was only plumbed in with a laundry machine hose (sewer pipe open for whatever bugs live in the septic tank). Cold shower only. Small foldable table but no chairs. No electrical outlets next to bed (I had to use an extension cord to charge my phone and have it in an accessible place while sleeping)
For the price it was mostly fine. I'd book again if the plumbing gets sorted out and price remains stable. If price increased, I would not book again.
