Average! Totally cold staff
I recently stayed at Radisson Blu expecting the high standards typically associated with the brand, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming.
The staff appeared largely disinterested and unengaged. From check-in to general service, there was a noticeable lack of warmth or hospitality, which set a poor tone for the stay.
The room itself was decent in size, but cleanliness left much to be desired. The curtains were visibly dusty and stained — something that shouldn’t be overlooked in a hotel of this calibre.
Breakfast was another letdown. While the spread covered the basics, the taste and presentation were average. There was little variety over the days, and nothing particularly stood out.
Overall, Radisson Blu did not meet expectations during this visit. For the price point, I had hoped for a more polished experience. I hope management addresses these issues soon, as they are not reflective of the brand’s usual standard.
