10-15 min walk into scunthorpe. Very close to shops down the road and cheap petrol station. Only downside was the heating ni instructions on how to set the radiater so first night was quite cold. Needs to be more instructions about how to obtain hot water.

I was only there to sleep, the bedding didn’t seem fresh as it smelt and the towels also didn’t feel like they were washed.. besides that it was decent

The room was spot on clean when I got in but the problem was getting into the room as the front door locks and the staff took too long to open it

The room was clean but could have included a fan in the room as it was too hot . The staff was helpful but needed to be a little bit better in informing us that when we check in it needs to be better

We booked this hotel to be closer to were my partners dads funeral was and it was terrible the room was so untidy there was old food all on the floors witch I took pictures of all night there was fully grown men screaming and shouting slamming doors till gone 5 in the morning the bed was so uncomfortable I came away with back ache and headache from the pillows witch was balls of nothing I ended up using quilts as pillows once all the lights were turned of there was a huge bright green light witch lit the hole room up had to use clothes as eye masks for a little bit of darkness we bearly had any sleep a hour if that id never come back even if it was free and would definitely not recommend to anyone absolutely appalling

Clean room. The entrance door needs oil. My room was close, and it was a bit of a nuisance squeaking until everyone went to sleep.
