No wifi for 48 hours and was able to get a minor refund

Metropole is the best hotel in Taormina both when it comes to location and it has the best view at Breakfast and when you swim in the pool. Service is excellent and both food and drinks are amazing. The room we had was spacious and our balcony overlooked the Ionian Sea. The bathroom was a great size and updated to new standards. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right outside the old city clock tower gate so super convenient. Definitely recommend staying here. It was wonderful.
