Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Haben alles Fußläufig erkundet. Bei Fragen war das Team schnell behilflich. Für unseren nächsten Besuch in Rom werden wir wieder versuchen dort zu übernachten. Die Crossiants waren super lecker.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer Top-Lage. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber ☺️. Bis zum Vatikan ca 20 min zu Fuß und Richtung Tiber nur 15min. Jetzt im Frühling, wo alles grünt und blüht, war es sehr schön alles zu erlaufen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter 🙏

This was perfect location and room for us. This IS NOT a full hotel; it is a 3-room hotel made from what was probably a residential apartment but was done perfect. Each room has a full-size room and bathroom. We shared a door to a common area with a small 2 table nook that had a coffee bar and cookies set out for us. There is a common couch in the common area. The location was fantastic for us to explore Rome, with farthest attraction walk being colosseum about 45 minutes away, and closest being an old fort turned into a castle about 12. Vatican was about 20. The room was on a busy but not overly noisy street. There is an elevator and while it is on first floor you are actually about 10' off ground level. When you walk into building there is 1/2 flight stairs to small elevator and then 1 floor up is room. When you arrive, you ring the bell on the front door for the unit and they ring you in from home, there is no face-to-face check in. Prior to arrival they sent me a code for door to apartment, and then the door is left unlocked to unit with keys inside. Once you're in you have 3 keys to get you in building, into the unit, then into your room. Very clean and updated unit. Rome is old so can worry you some, but trust me, unit is nice. They leave you coupons for a light breakfast just around corner. Fabulous croissants, coffee and bottle of water every day. Area is safe, restaurants and transportation close. Perfect location. Very much enjoyed stay

The room is clean. There was no receptionist , but we had no problem checking in. The breakfast is very limited. The hotel provided vouchers for three items: coffee, juice, and croissant at a cafe nearby. The hotel offered free snacks and drink in the apartment. I didn’t sleep well at night. The room was noisy because of the traffic on the street. The curtain did not block light very well, and the room was bright at night.

The location is great. However, the room and entire apartment was extremely hot and stuffy. Walking into the room made us very uncomfortable every time and immediately made us start sweating. The AC in the room was very weak and never truly cooled down the room. It took hours to have any effect. Additionally, the AC leaked when turned on over time. This meant that we had water leaking from the unit during the night while we tried to sleep. Without the AC on during the summer would be impossible. The shower had almost zero water pressure and changed from hot to freezing at a moment’s notice without any change to the temperature knob. The only plus side to this place was the location, which is convenient. Communication was also good. I hope they will fix these problems for future guests because it made for uncomfortable conditions.

Harika bir konumda harika bir konaklama oldu. Odamız hergün temizlendi. Hiç bir problem yaşamadık. Gezilecek yerlere çok yakın. Market , kafe restaurant herşey çok yakın. Mahalle çok sakin temiz ve güvenli. Türkiyeden gelecek arkadaşlarada bir tiyo vereyim otel yakınında pizza cinque de yiyebilirsiniz hem leziz hemde uygun fiyatlı.

A comfortable and restful stay to enjoy Rome

A comfortable stay that provided respite after a day's exploring Rome. There is even a quiet area outside the bedroom where one can relax over an expresso. The apartment appeared newly renovated and, inspite of some teething issue with the air cond, it was attended to. Francesca, the host, was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place is walkable to the Vatican and well connected to the train and bus lines to expliot the city.

We kregen de incheckgegevens via email en WhatsApp, wat op zich handig was en begrijpelijk aangezien we laat arriveerden. Verder stuurde de verantwoordelijke mevrouw na 2 dagen een bericht met de mededeling dat ze de dag nadien zou komen om in te checken. Er werd ons op geen enkel moment gevraagd hoe we het stelden, of we nog vragen hadden en of dit moment ons wel paste. Bovendien kwam mevrouw niet naar de afspraak, maar meneer. We ervaarden dit als heel onpersoonlijk en onbetrokken van de verantwoordelijken. Daarnaast signaleerden we dat we nooit eerder tijdens een van onze reizen zo'n minimaal ontbijt hebben gekregen. Blijkbaar wordt het ontbijt geserveerd in een bar dichtbij en krijg je een voucher om 1 koek, 1 koffie en 1 fruitsapje te nuttigen. Dit werd niet zo aangegeven toen we de kamer boekten. Wij voelen ons hierdoor financieel bedrogen. Met zo'n klein ontbijt is dit een dure kamer. We vragen hiervoor een financiële compensatie. bijgevolg
