bon hôtel
personnel très professionnel. joli cadre - vitrage simple températures basses et un ressenti de froid au restaurant le soir. Manque de lumière dans les chambres - une petite lampe avec un faible éclairage sur le bureau et peu éclairé au lit. baignoire étroite donc difficile de se doucher dedans. Petit déjeuner correct mais aucun journal à disposition le matin.

Un séjour booké depuis plusieurs mois. Arrivé en début de soirée, un vendredi. Le réceptionniste nous annonce que notre chambre a été donné à quelqu'un d'autre !!! Une chambre parentale réservée pour +300 euros !!?? Après 45 minutes d'attente, on nous loge dans 2 chambres séparés : 2 enfants en bas âge... Une honte. Nuit dans un "château"... Le lendemain, une responsable nous dit que la Direction nous remboursera le séjour... c'était il y a 5 mois, nous attendons toujours le remboursement. Bref. Nous ne recommandons pas, évidemment, cet "hôtel".

Un peu décevant
Accueil tres agreable par une jeune fille qui nous a bien tout expliqué. Par contre, petit déjeuner tres décevant. Tres basique, aucun produit frais. Le check out est a 11h, ce qui est plus tot que la normale et a 10:30 on vient toquer à la porte pour voir si nous étions sur le départ. Pas de clim dans les chambres. Globalement un peu déçu.
