Check-in rápido e funcionários da recepção bem educados e bem atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom, equipe da restaurante excelente estavam sempre repondo os itens no Café da manhã, recebiam os hóspedes com muita gentileza e sorrisos, especialmente a funcionária Denise, que sempre estava dando informações quando o hóspede tinha dúvidas de como chegar em alguns locais da cidade. Estacionamento coberto e muito espaçoso. Quarto de bom tamanho, cama e roupas de camas muito bons. Chuveiro muito bom. Só a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, faziam diariamente porém quando chegávamos a noite sempre faltava algum item, por dois dias tive que pedir um dia que não deixaram a toalha de rosto no outro dia não deixaram papel higiênico, percebi que no andar que fiquei não foi o meu quarto apenas com esse problema. O Hotel, fica muito bem localizado em Taguatinga próximo de Shopping, variado comércio, postos de gasolina, etc.

Para quem vai ficar na região pode ser que vale

Escolhi o hotel principalmente pelo conforto e qualidade, mas me decepcionei com ambos! Informações enganam, quarto com banheira não tem uma banheira de verdade, água do chuveiro é fraca a pressão, academia muito ruim, poucos equipamentos e sem anilhas e pesos, sem um suporte para as barras, esteiras sem funcionar, não tem ar condicionado ou seja tive que gastar para treinar fora todos os dias que fiquei hospedado! Café da manhã não é grande coisa, bem variado mas sem muita opção de alimentos sem glúten e lactose. Muito mal localizado em uma região com invasões de mendigos e drogados, muita insegurança!
