This hotel would be just perfect as a “haunted house” murder mystery weekend. The hotel is in desperate need of restoration and a makeover. However, in saying this the bedding and towels provided were clean. The Perfect hotel if you’re partying to the early hours in the morning and just need somewhere to crash. A budget friendly hotel right on the beach front

Very average place, made up for by the location, elevator didnt always work, lack of simple things like even a mirror in the rooms, beds did the job and the room was pretty clean, for the price can't go wrong!

I enjoyed my stay. I was desperately looking for a room within the beach distance ASAP. Reviews weren’t encouraging, but I got a clean room with a clean bathroom. Also very affordable. I had a good night rest. Staff were polite too. I recommend this place.

In the process of a refurb room ok just the communal areas was a bit rough. Also some noise from neighbouring properties but no issues with sleeping. If you want to cheap and near the front it’s fine but don’t expect anything apart from a bed and bathroom.

The hotel looks scruffy from the outside - but apart from being a bit dated on the inside, is perfectly fine for the cost, especially during a busy Brighton weekend. Located very central.

Dated room, not totally clean, fridge didn't seem to work, no sockets near bed, was ok for one night, anything longer i'd have gone shopping prob for cheap extension lead maybe so could have my mobile next to my bed, & possibly a fan as well. Received email in plenty of time with my check in codes, plus there was someone at reception also, stairs steep but there is a lift. Location is spot on, beach 30 seconds walk, town centre 5 minuites walk.

Very basic room! No hot water at all -and a toilet that was constantly filling up, no staff present at all. Opposite a building site so had to have blinds down - started 8am so it was dusty and noisy Wouldn't recommend, yes it was cheap, but dont bother

Was horrified at the external state of building. Couldn’t get access to the building, there were building works going on alongside so I left and found somewhere decent to stay.

Do not use this place its dirty and has bed bugs inside .sink in room had 3 cracks and no plug windows were so dirty couldn't look out of them filthy.shared toilet was also disgusting.wouldnt recommend at all

Mixed experience overall. The hotel is very dated, but the self-check-in process was straightforward and easy to follow using the provided access codes. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean, which was a definite positive. Unfortunately, there were some maintenance issues during my stay. The toilet was leaking, and there was no hot water, which was disappointing. If you’re booking expecting sea-front views and spa facilities, this probably isn’t the right hotel for you. However, if you’re simply looking for a cheap, clean place to sleep right on the seafront, it does the job.

Dear Staff, I was in Brighton for a 3- day Event with Peace Ambassador Prem Rawat, and the hotel was a 3- 5 minutes walk from the Brighton Centre. I was near the beach, and their where places nearby I could eat lunch or dinner. The drawback for me was there were also Pubs nearby, so the idea of a good nights rest was not feasible, as lots of loud yelling and partying continued into the wee hours of the morning. The room and bathroom were clean enough, but my personal opinion is the mattress needs to be replaced. When taking a shower the holder for the shower head needs to be replaced, as it was not functioning. Windows and blinds need to be attended to, so they function better. Again I was glad for the proximity to the Event, but the room needed some repair. With thanks, Paul
