6/10 Buena

Great locations, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. All are just superb. I will go there again and will recommend anyone to stay here. It’s right at the heart of Okd Quarter and very close to the game.

2/10 Mala

We’re not quite sure what is the issue, but when we arrieved at the hotel there is an issue occured and unable to check in in Viet Previem Hotel(rated4 star). The front desk was trying to figure out what is the issue but failed. We’ve been informed that we’ll have to stay in a different hotel Golden Lotus Hotel, rated 2.5 star) at that day. We were not informed by the hotel inadvance, and the communication through Hotels.com chat box is ignored by the hotel. The hotel staff mentioned they’ve informed us in advance, but they could not provide the evidence as we did not receive any notification in advance. The room was totally different from the provided picture, and there was one centipede found on bed. The balcony view is good, but the experience is terrible. The staff only speaks Vietnamese. We’ve tried to complaim fot the status, but the front dest was unable to help for the situation. Attached pictures while checking out.
