We enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great service and a really cozy hotel, perfectly situated in Livigno. Breakfast was very good and the hotel has a very good restaurant. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more wardrobe space, hooks/hangers and maybe a shoe rack for the wet shoes.

Hotel itself was great. Easy access to the Metro. Just on the edge of Milan’s Chinatown. Only downside was the heat in the room ( too high) and because it’s on a main road/tram route you couldn’t have the window open at night. Even with the window closed it was loud road noise. Staff were very nice.

Sono stato molto contento di questa struttura, sia dal personale, gentilissimi e disponibili tutti, in particolar modo Chiara la ragazza della reception molto gentile, pulizia molto accurata, sia nella struttura che nella camera, e vista dalla camera molto gradevole.., colazione inclusa nel prezzo super soddisfacente, anche il garage incluso anche questo, è al chiuso, comodo sicuramente nel periodo invernale per non far ghiacciare la macchina.. Se tornerò nuovamente, prenotero' sicuramente qui.. Consiglio!!

Personale in reception e in sala colazione poco comunicativo e sollecito alle richieste. Camera piccolissima, praticamente una singola venduta per una matrimoniale. Armadio ridotto a un'anta singola, mensole montate in posizioni pericolose ( rischio di collisione con gli spigoli alzandosi dal letto ), appendiabiti posizionati sopra alla testata del letto ( se ci appendo un capo, mi arriva direttamente in faccia ), non c'è punto di appoggio per le valigie, attorno al letto ci sono 40 cm di pavimento, non di più' , bagno antiquato con bicchieri di plastica inammissibili. Servizio sauna fuori uso.
