Wonderful location, very walkable. 2 queen beds with a couch was perfect for our 5 night stay as a family, giving us a bit more space. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is still very new so everything was in great condition. Parking is a bit pricey but we appreciated the convenience and peace of mind. Only downside was a loud dog on our floor one night. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place Rapid City. We arrived early and they were very accommodating and was able to let us check in earlier than we were scheduled to. the room is very spacious and clean. Didn't get a chance to take advantage of the amenities. We did eat breakfast and I thought it had a good selection.

Great location! Restaurants and coffee shops are around the corner, and you don’t have to walk far to find the best president ever, who is on the same block. Parking was great because we came in March. I couldn’t imagine this place during the busy season; there definitely won't be enough parking. The free breakfast was good, plenty of choices, and it was hot! Everything was great until the dirty toilet and shower upon check-in, and Nick, their front desk clerk, was rude! I don’t know if I’ll stay at another Hyatt because why did I pay for a clean room and the toilet had FECES in it! So if you get a clean room, be thankful!
