We had a very disappointing experience with this property. We arrived at 14:00 due to heavy traffic, but our room was not ready and was still being cleaned. After waiting on our own at a nearby café, we were told we could enter the room—but when we arrived, a technical team was still repairing the air conditioning. They claimed it would take 20 minutes, but we ended up waiting in the lobby for 2.5 hours with no updates. We finally accessed the room at 16:48. Communication was extremely unprofessional. They don't even have any reception or staff member. Everything goes through a third-party chat service, and no one seemed to know what was happening or took responsibility. If we had been informed of the repairs in advance, we could have adjusted our plans accordingly. Overall, this has been one of the most confusing and unprofessional accommodation experiences we’ve had in all our travels. I recommend removing this property from your listings to protect future guests.
