This hotel is in a great location and couldn’t be happier to have a Coop downstairs. It does get a bit loud at night because of the bars/clubs maybe wear ear plugs if you’re sensitive to that. My only real gripes were: they never once replenished my coffee or tea the week I was there and there was no milk. Also, it would be great to have two pillows per person.

The room was very clean and had everything you might need for a short stay! The check in was very easy. Only problem was that despite us leaving our windows open during the day in December the room barely cooled down and was still quite warm at night - 22-23 degrees. And because we had to leave the window open the sounds from the street were very loud. I’d recommend earplugs if you stay here.

Room was small but clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately on the second day we had no hot water. We had spent the day climbing in the sun and were sweaty and dirty and could not have a shower as the water was as cold as ice. We were attending an event in the evening so this was especially inconvenient and spoiled our evening as we felt so uncomfortable. Staff said they were aware but didn’t know when it would be fixed. They promised to update us but never did. From reading reviews it seems this has been a recurring issue with this property for some time and they don’t seem to be able resolve it. I couldn’t possibly recommend staying here as they can’t even cover the most basic necessities for a comfortable stay.

Nice place for the night we stayed. I appreciated that although it’s run mainly by AI, you still get a quick response through WhatsApp from the company with any questions. I do think it’s pricey for having no actual front desk staff (we paid $234 for one night), but still, bed was super comfy. In fact, I had some of the best sleep I’ve ever had in a very long time.

The apartment is located in a remodeled, attractive building near the COOP, shops, restaurants and within walking distance to the Zürich HB train station (however the neighborhood is very quiet). The apartment decor is modern, bright , clean, and welcoming. The bed is super comfortable! The communication with the hosts was seamless: the directions for check in and check out were clear and all of our questions answered promptly. Zürich is as lovely city and staying at the City Pop 2night Zürich was a pleasure.
