El establecimiento estaba muy descuidado y las habitaciones sucias, los baños no estaban limpios así como el suelo de las habitaciones…el edificio y el ascensor con varios problemas en la superficie del suelo….nomlo recomendaría para familias

It was ok must pay $100 deposit, non smoking, no tubs , no internet, no tv , no dvd player hookup, no refrigerator in room , microwave in lobby had long line for heating food .., water in the lobby , breakfast was the best part .

The room was missing ALL of the amenities, no clean towels, room smelled like mildew and mold! The hotel is named as the Halsted Inn but described on here as the comfort inn!!

Horrible stay. The fake wooden floor was literally not attached. Barely had any housekeepers, only one to be exact & i was there 4 nights. Had to change my sheet s and clean the room myself. Towels had stains, shower head barely had pressure. Overrall not a good stay

Firstly, there was no sign for comfort inn and number provided in the email was from quality inn not for comfort inn. We got the number from another comfort inn hotel for the location where we go and nobody answered the phone. Room was ok… AC is not working properly. Staff was not able to answer anything

The property is not the same name as listed on expedia. I booked certain rooms, paid for it in advance and the rooms weren't even available when I arrived. Air condition units were exposed and we're not working properly. There was no trash can in the room. Toilet paper was not fresh. It echoed very bad and there was plastic underneath the sheets on the beds. It also advertised free breakfast in the morning and the entire cafeteria area was closedm the description did not match and It was very uncomfortable.

I didn't get to stay at hotel. But upon arrival I was expecting to stay at Comfort Inn. The hotel was Halstel Hotel, I went in and she couldn't find my reservation. I asked is this Comfort Inn she said yes. FRONT DESK PERSON ON PHONE, WHILE TRYING TO TALK TO ME!! People was walking around the lot suspicious looking, trash all over lot and in lobby. Hotel would not refund even though i wouldn't stay. I felt misled because I wanted to be at Comfort Inn. Would not return or recommend.

It was pretty clean. Definitely not perfect. The beds still have the factory plastic on them which was weird. There were no towels in the room when we got there. They did give us some. There was trash already in our can when we got to the room. There's room for a mini fridge and microwave but neither were present. Rooms dont have hair dryers. They only have the small round soaps. No pump style soaps in the bath. Overall it wasn't bad for for the money. We'd probably stay again if we were ever in the area. Really close to the Casino if thats your thing.

They said they had just opened their doors and they hadn't put a tv in our room yet which was fine. Then they handed us our towels to take up to our room, which was weird but at least they were fresh. But when we got to the room there was no shower curtain or trash can, there was construction dust on everything, the lamps were still wrapped in plastic, and the TV stand had not been assembled yet. The bed was made with the top sheet on top and a very used blanket underneath. The mattress was still wrapped in plastic so it felt like you were sleeping inside a bag of potato chips. We did bring it to their attention about the shower curtain and trash can and they promptly provided them but overall, they weren't ready for guests.

I will NEVER stay at this location again. I reserved a room (mini fridge and microwave) to not have that amenity when I arrived in my room. I was told "we are just opening and the fridges and microwaves are on the way; and you can use the communal fridge and microwave in the lobby". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. ESPECIALLY since I prepaid for the room?! $325.00 for one night?! AND to not also have a garbage can, iron or board, hair dryer (which I can overlook). And to add insult to injury? How does a different guest have the accommodations of a fridge and microwave IN their room and other guests don't? Honestly?! This location should have NEVER opened until the amenities you advertised were available to ALL of your guests! I am expecting a partial refund and I BETTER see my deposit refunded back to my account immediately!
