One problem I want to first and foremost point out is that the description of the condo does not mention anything about handicap accessibility. My condo was located on the third floor of a building that had no elevator access and we brought my mother who is handicapped. She has limited mobility and this caused some problems for us. Furthermore, I did have frequent and good communication with the owners of the condo, but I wanted to make them aware of several things that was going on with the condo itself. The master bedroom bed had the bed frame broken so that the right upper corner of the bed sagged into the frame. It wasn’t too comfortable to sleep in due to this. Also, the Roku for the master bedroom did not have a remote and therefore could not be used unless we downloaded an app for our smart phones. (Owners made aware) Lastly, linoleum was peeling up off of the floor in the master bathroom and starting to in the kitchen. Other than that, the place was very clean and the wildlife was very active. We did have a bear in the parking lot two days in a row. The Titanic Museum was fantastic! The local food auctions in the area was amazing. I personally liked going to pigeon Forge for food better than Gatlinburg as I felt it had more to offer in the way of food. Gatlinburg was fun to walk around and reminded me more of a large scale, fair ground. Stopping at Ole Smokey distillery is the most if you visit the are as well as the Smokey Mountain train tour in Brycon City NC.
