Front desk takes too long, not very coordinated. Our designated room's AC was broken so they had to assign us to different rooms, and to transfer to our original room by next day. I had to repeat the same stuff to the front desk for the remainder of our stay. Bathroom doors don't completely close on both rooms that we occupied. Key card did not work well on both rooms. We had to go back down to the front desk to have them fixed.
