4/10 Regular

Arrived to find the place locked up with a mobile number to call for assistance, not the warmest of welcomes. It seemed deserted except for us and didn't feel that secure knowing the staff weren't actually on site. Decor, amenities, cleanliness could be described as ok at best. Would not return

Bad experience, as I was not able to check in, got there as at the time given to me, to check in, nobody was there, door locked, called the number but nobody answered, waited for few minutes , saw nobody, I had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. I came back in the evening to check again, the place was still locked, nobody in, I called another different number I saw outside the door, and someone else picked, says nobody in but he will be there soon. All in all, I paid for an hotel, I couldn’t check in nor see anyone there. The environment is not welcoming either, very discouraging and disappointing. Please I am still expecting to hear back from you on my refund.

friends birthday stay

stay was pleasant , bed only stay , clean room , it was for a friends 70th birthday , I did attempt to contact the hotel twice before our stay by email but got no reply . and I did phone the hotel on the number provided on the morning we arrived no reply even when I left a voicemail , apart from that all ok

The property was clean and tidy, with tropical decor which was pleasing to the eye. The shower was lovely the bed was comfy. It is an Adults only hotel, a short walk from the Train Station, Blackpool North and close to the Winter Gardens, shopping centre and sea front. The only downfall for me was, it was a bit noisy as it was close to a main road, and Funny Girls night club. It is a room only hotel but it does have a bar.

Don't waste your money

A truly terrible place, definitely not a 3 star. Paint peeling, dirty, and uncomfortable. No none was there to check us in, even though we arrived at 5.30 and check in was until 7pm. We had to ring the out of hours number. When they did arrive they gave us the key and left us in the entrance. The shower did not work, there was an inch of dust on the kettle. We were in the roof, and the high above the beds was about 1.5 feet, so could not sit up in bed. Was supposed to be stopping 2 nights but could not take it and left after 1. Would not recommend at all!!!!
