There was no communication about the property and we didn’t even know how to check in. We had no idea there was a parking garage until the middle of our trip. The pool was closed the whole time and the owner had no idea what was going on with it. This was especially disappointing since the pool was a huge part of why we booked this place. Communication with the host was terrible. The key fob broke midway through our trip and the host could not replace it for us (and was not concerned about it at all) so we were unable to access the club house or gym. The dishwasher was full of dishes upon check in and conditioner pump bottle was empty. Turns out the unit that sleeps 4 includes an air mattress for the 2nd bed! Disappointed in lots but especially with the lack of customer service. Not expecting perfection but a caring and helpful host goes a really long way!
